Kartwheelz makes sure that all the products delivered are of good quality and we assure you they reach you at the right time! Shipping charges will be applicable to all products based on the type of product, seller and the dealer associated.

If the product is damaged on delivery, we will refund the shipping charges.

If the product is lost or un-delivered to the specified location, no shipping charges will be incurred.

We strive to provide an excellent shopping experience to our customers. 

Do you deliver products outside India?

No, we do not deliver products outside India.  We deliver products only in India.

How can i know the status of my product upon order?

Shipping status can be checked using the order tracking option available in the website.

I have received a partial item/order. What do I do?

Please report to us within 48 hours upon delivery failing which the claim will not be accepted.Do not use the item which is to be claimed. You may be asked to provide with some information regarding the case(snapshots of the product/asked questions that will help us with our investigation).Refund may be given after investigation. However , the customer is not liable for a refund if he or she fails to provide the adequate information or has used the product.
