7 DAY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Return of some products like fine jewellery which are susceptible to damage , is open only for a limited period. Please read the Product Detail Page for more product specific details .
  2. All products to be returned or exchanged must be unused and unwashed, with their original tags and packaging intact .
  1. Under exchange policy , only size exchanges are allowed .
  2. Incase you have purchased an item with a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main product ,then you will have to return the free product as well .

 5. We are not liable for products returned by mistake, and such products will not       be replaced or delivered back to the buyer.

STEPS TO RETURN A PRODUCT ON KARTWHEELZ

You can return the products purchased on kartwheelz within 30 days of receiving the product , with an exception of products that are non-returnable or have a limited period of return or exchange .

1 . click on ‘return request’ under “my orders” section . follow the procedure mentioned . please make a note of the return ID that we generate at the end of process . keep the product ready for the pick-up.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment and generate the refund . you can track your return request on the website .

NOTE : ANY PRODUCT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF THE WARRANTY CARD IS MISSING WHILE RETURN OR EXCHANGE .

EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

You can  create a request for exchange of products .  You will receive the exchange item at the time of return of the original product .

REFUND

Once the item is received by us and it passes the quality check , instant refund will be initiated . For refunds to the source account , your refund may take 7-10 days to reflect in your account , depending upon your bank partner.

MULTIPLE RETURNS

If you are returning multiple products from a single order, you will receive a separate Return ID for every  individual item.

DECLINED RETURN REQUEST

In case the product you returned is used , damaged or original tags are missing , we will not be able to provide you any refund . For more details , please contact our Customer Care .
